Welcome to Graceful Roots. My name is Kimmy. There are a variety of yoga and dance classes here online over zoom, in-studio, and outdoors for you to attend! I hold an advanced teaching certification, with 9 years of experience working with children to adults.
I strive to create a warm and welcoming space for all practitioners that is approachable and consistent for movement. My classes welcome a light atmosphere, and the curiosity to learn. Whether you wish to attend our classes at home over zoom, in-studio, or outdoors on the lawn, you will be sure to leave with a smile, a relaxed body/mind, and potentially even a new friend!
